You would think after my Ipostparcels fiasco thread last month, that I deserve a bit of courier luck, but no, it is Yodel direct this time, I wouldn't mind but I only send 1 or 2 parcels a month.

Anyway I sent a parcel via YodelDirect last week and it appears it has gone missing in there shaw hub, unfortunately for me I took out no insurance and the parcel is worth £150

Does anybody have any advice or even a template letter I can send them quoting the sale of goods act, requesting my £150 or I will have no other choice but to take the issue to court.
