hi im a new member
so im writing this for a friend of mine, he recently purchased an iphone 5 charger from a sellers shop on ebay. he plugged it in for the first time last night and after about 5 minutes the thing exploded, a massive flash of light the charger itself is completely black and in 2 and it has left a charger shappped burn around the plug socket.
this oculd have been a lot more dangerous had it of gone off whilst he was still close to it or worse in contact with it. is there any action he can take/compensation he can claim in regards to this??
any information will be very much appreciated
