Hi,

I purchased a BB Gun (for my son) in July and the item has become faulty. The Shop (online trader) states 28 warranty. They are happy to receive the goods back to fix them but state that I must pay for any postage.

Is this normal? I would expect at least for them to pay for returning the faulty item to me if not for its collection?

Understand the law regarding the product must be reasonable quality and fit for purpose but I cannot find any mention of who pays for postage to get said items fixed?

Can any assist?

Thanks
