I brought a xbox 12 month mebership from the shop SHO-PTO.net the other day and recieved a scaned image of the code, when i tried to use it, it says the code has already been used, there is no phone number i can find in the website and ive sent a few emails and tickets through there ticket system they use but no reply, the money was taken 2 days ago and in their terms and conditions it says all emails will be answered within 48 hours, i dont know what to do, i feel like ive been ripped off, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

If you paid with a debit card, you can ask your bank to recover the money for you, if you paid by credit card, the purchase must be over £100 to recover your money through the card company.

If the have a postal address, you can send them a letter saying if you don't receive a refund within 7 days, you will take them to the Small Claims Court to recover your money but this will cost you £25 so it depends on the cost of the membership.
