Small Claims Court against paypal

I want to take out a Small Claims Court against Paypal but I do not know what address to put down to file against them, I bought something from ebay in the UK and paid by Paypal, I went down the route of Dispute under the Buyer Protection but they ruled against me. so I want to take it further.
