I ordered and paid £6000 in November for fitted bedroom units from starplan. We agreed a delivery date of 14th January. The fitters came and have left me only the carcus of the wardrobes, no hanging rails and no doors on the units. The unit fittings are incorrect and they say they won't be able to bring me any doors or fittings until 26th January!
They also left nails all over my floor ( I have a 2 year old) and their customer service is SHOCKING! If non existant!
They've only provided half my order yet won't give me half my money back I'm sure!

Hi yes it is custom made furniture. Well the slopes are its more that the 17 non sloped cupboards and no hanging rails they have left for no reason I have a problem with! I am
Tempted tell them come fetch it ill get my money back!
