how do i get money back that was taken wrongly from my bank account in may?
i have contacted the company several times and keep getting told we know about problem we are investigating if we can refund you! But the money is related to another persons account and not mine but money was taken from my account , they also have acknowledged it's their mistake.

Depends on how the money was taken, if it's a direct debit then it can be claimed back under the direct debit scheme, if it was a card payment you could ask the bank to try a chargeback.

If it should have been taken from an account totally unrelated to you, they should have reimbursed it immediately, what's their excuse?

Have you sought advice from your bank?

If they take a sum by direct debit on a monthly basis, cancel the direct debit on your end (with your bank). Otherwise just keep chasing them.
