A plumber has carried out work on water tanks and in his invoice he referred to the tank connected to the wrong flat. I asked him to verify his invoice, and his answer was "Unfortunately the engineer in question no longer works for the company so I cannot verify this with him." When I insisted his response was "ask the managing agent of your building to communicate this to me and I will see what we can do."
