Hi there, need a little help please 
Ok, purchase date of my tele was 17.08.2008, 1st repair was a week before the 12 month warranty ran out, so that makes it 10.08.2009. in total iv had to send my tele off 3 times in les than 12 months to be fixed, each time it is sent of i get a 3 month guarentee or something, but it has been 5 months since i got my tele back from the last repair. Today i woke up and switched my tele on and on the screen there was a line about 2 inches in width going from the top of the tele to the bottom and another going from the left of the screen to the right but not going all the way across, i changed inputs on the tele to hdmi and then to PC an the fault was still there, i turned the tele off at the mains and then back on and the fault had gone. Chances are my tele is on its way out again, and i really need to know where i stand with Samsung and the company that have been fixing the tele (BSS who samusng have been using)
