I recently bought a second hand car from 100 miles away from where I live. I discovered a major fault as soon as I got home.
The dealer has agreed to attempt a repair.
The problem is that I now have to take the car back, with my wife following in my other car. Then I will have to collect it in a week if he manages to repair it.
All of this will cost over £100 in fuel.
Am I entitled to claim this cost from the dealer?
