In March 2009 I paid to have the front disks on my car replaced. After 5200 miles and 3 months there were replaced FOC as they had warped (vibration through the steering under braking). This happened again after 3000 miles and two months and the same dealer replaced them FOC. One of the FOC replacements was paid for by the dealer and one by the manufacturer (Audi).
In March 2010 (just under a year on) after another 2500 miles the same fault has reappeared. The dealer is declining to accept warranty and has said Audi won't either.
Do I have any claim?
