Purchased new ford Kuga auto £30,000,from Fords of Dagenham Enfield, did aprox 300 plus miles.
transmission failed, loss of all ATF transmission fluid.No gears obtainable.
this was due to pipe not connected at factory.
My fear at this stage was that losing this fluid would certainly have caused some internal damage. the dealership would only replace lost ATF fluid and would not replace the transmission as requested. I feel they have only put a plaster on it.
Can I reject this car as not of merchantable quality.
