Hi,

Recently we purchased a new vehicle from a peugoet dealer in our area namely peugoet 308 verve. Once we received the car we realised the vehicle was missing the usb blutooth connect and the stickers, also in the passenger door jam the model is decribed as s hdi 90, we assumed it would say verve. A bluetooth handsfree kit had been installed after factory production, we know this because they left the box in the boot. We have asked for our money back or for a exchange, originaly they said they would exchange but after 7 days of purchase they now say there is no exchange and maybe no chance of upgrading the car to the standard spec advertised. also we were told the car was being made brand new for us but have found out it was made in 09. Where do we stand legaly on this and is it worth contacting peugoet head office.

Thanks.
