Hi

I bought a 2006 BMW 3 SERIES last October 2009 with 53000 miles on the clock from a dealer in N.Ireland costing 14450. I contacted the dealer on the 8th May 2010 to inform them there was a shuttering noise and vibration from the engine when i accelerated. I had a warranty I paid for from a third party. They've replaced the clutch and the flywheel so far and the they say the vibration has gone but they is still a noise when accelerating. They also tried replacing the gearbox and have had no success. They are now taking the car to a BMW dealership so they can investigate. How do I stand if the dealership inform me something else needs replaced and my need to pay for it out of my own pocket as the warranty will only cover upto 2000 pounds. Does the consumer rights act come into play? Thanks any advice would be appreciated!
