7 weeks ago i purchased some furniture on the web paid using visa debit card I noticed on my bank statement that my money had been taken by a 3rd party internet payment company the furniture co has stopped trading.
Im waiting for the forms from the bank to do a visa debit chargeback, my question is,is the internet payment company ( not paypal) liable as they had my money originally or the bankrupt furniture store,
