new sofa broken twice where do i stand on a replacement?

I bought a sofa in march which broke in June i was extremely happy with the repair they done and was happy to leave it at that but it has happened again so i have now refused a repair and asked for a replacement sofa but i am not sure what my rights are the reason i have asked for a replacement is because i was told the first incident was most likely caused due to when it was been shipped whilst in transit which made the part of the sofa weak and hence the reason for it breaking but i am unsure of what my rights are ? any advice:confused: would be appreciated thanks Michelle
