My family had photos taken by professional photographer. We only intended to buy 2 at the very most, ended up buying 9 at a cost of nearly £150 and now really regretting this. Photographer wanted up front payment so we paid on card. Photos not ready for two weeks, we plan to cancel and get refund, only had photos taken two days ago. Can anyone assure me i am in my rights for a refund? Thankyou for any advice
