We bought a learther Sofa from Scs last year. 12 weeks after delivery the leather started loosing its colour on the arms and head rest areas as well as on the underside of the cushions which are removeable. We got them out and they said we dont understand this and replaced the cushions with new ones. After about 8 weks again the same issue againm the leather loses it colour on our clothes and skin. All ion areas of contact with our body or on the underside of the cushions where they have contact with the settee base. We conatcted them again out cam their upholsterer who told us it was oil from our hair and we should try not to have any head contact to prevent further colour loss. We also were told they would test the leather. * weeks later no news so we contacted them to be told they stood by their origional assessment and they would not replace any part of the suit. We disputed this and were told to write to their excecutive dept. ~This we did and were told in a recent email they have reviewed all the file and would do nothing more unless we had the leather tested at our own expence and then submitted a favourable report. While this has been going on the suit is out of guarantee now and we feel very cheated. Any advise please.
