Ok, we moved in June and the removals damaged a load of furniture.
we reported it and it took ages for the insurers loss adjuster to come out to review.
He came out and then it took another 4 weeks for them to make us an offer of money. it wasn't enough - and we are reasonable people!
I keep chasing him and he keeps saying that he is waiting for teh insurers or "whoever" to reply.
can I get heavy with them at all? can I say anything that might make them HURRY UP?
