Faulty HTC Wildfire

I got my phone from my local Vodafone shop at the beginning of July. Within the first month of having my phone it broke and Vodafone sent it for repair, I recieved it back and within the next couple of weeks the same fault appeared, again they sent it for repair and after 3 weeks i was told they couldnt fix it so I was issued with a "new" phone. This then broke within about a month with the same fault so customer services exchanged it for another. I only had this replacement 2 weeks before it started switching itself off, again i called customer services and was told to take it too my local store for them to repair it, I done this however it made no difference and I had to call customer services again to be was issued with yet another exchange. This is 3 replacement phones I have had, I have only had this one a few days and its already going slow and freezing to text! Do I have any right to change my manufacturer instead of being issued with the same one every time?
