I bought a Iphone from a friend around 6 months ago.
I am happy with it and there has been no problems.
However I bought it from a friend and I paid £150 in cash at the time.
I have had an argument with this friend and he is threating to report the phone lost and thus block my iphone.
I have no receipt of the phone or any papers to say I bought it from him.
But has the original receipts for it and is also paying the 24 month contract still.
Where do I stand on this as I am really worried??
