I bought a couple of sofas from a well known company and before all the finacial details were finalised was told I could also get a free holiday as I had spent over £1000. I signed a release form to allow the company to give my details to the holiday firm. But now that I am trying to book said holiday, I am told it should never have been offered to me and their computer system will not allow them to give it to me. Where do I stand legally with trying to get free holiday they mistakenly offered me, considering it was offered before I paid fully for all.
Thanks
