As a consumer in the private housing sector, I would like to say hello and hope to use this as help towards getting the insulation in my property refilled.
We have been trying for the past eight years to get cavity wall insulation put into our walls. Trouble is there are no companies out there who are willing to refill the cavity once it has been done.
How we can afford to keep paying the large fuel bills to the fuel provider is beyond us.
All help and advice would help us greatly in resolving this matter.
We even approached the building control and we got shown the door.
