I have a loan agreement which, in the signature block looks as set out below
Signed for and on behalf of ABC Company:
Signature.....ABC COMPANY....
Dated ..6 May 2004.
I have no intention of trying to get out of the agreement but as I am in dispute over certan charges, I am interested to know, for barganing power purposes, if this is in fact an accpetable signature on the agreement. Anybody could have signed it, there is nothing to show that it was a representative of the Company.
Opinions/advice appreciated.
