I paid for an item with System Tools which I thought was a genuine spyware remover, it was not and it put a virus on my computer.

My credit card company Tescos sent me a text to say they thought it wasn't genuine, at the time I thought it was so I said keep it on my account.

After finding out that the system tools is malicious I wrote to my credit card company to ask them to credit the £50 paid from my account. They are now asking for a document from a dealer, appraiser or another individual or organisation qualified in the area of the item in question which clearly identifies the system downloaded has caused the computer to contract a virus, the document must be on letter headed paper with the name, address and phone number of the organisation.

Can you please advise what I should do about this.

I am not very happy
