I am thinking of ordering made to measure blinds but need them in hurry.
supplier says delivery is now about2-3 weeks as they will not start on order until 7 day period has passed but if if I sign a disclaimer stating I would be liable for materials and costs incurred during the 7 day cooling off period if I changed my mind after he had commenced manufacture, he could start immediately and blinds would be ready in about 10 days.
Is this correct or can I still cancell within the 7 days at no cost.
