Faulty goods 4 days outside 30-day limit

* Headphones purchased, fault developed 34 days later.
* Replacement eventually arrives.
* Same fault develops within a week, reported immediately to online retailer.
* Refund requested.
* Voicemail received today asking for callback to 'sort things out'.

I KNOW that a refund will be refused based on comments made on the second report.

Their T&C's give a 30-day limit - am I entitled to ask for a refund as 2 x products have been faulty?
