I was attracted to join this forum as I spotted a post by someone who had had a problem with Amazon. I am currently making a claim against Amazon under their A-Z guarantee and am looking for some reassurance. I'm normally a perfectle happy online consumer but fast becoming an expert in consumer legislation although by day I work on insects.
