Hypothetical situation(NOT)
You PX a motorbike, paying an extra £500 but you find the bike is too big for the rider and they would be unable to ride it. You inform the company the day after the purchase, to the problem and they will pass on the message to the salesman, who is away that day, saying they will see if anything can be done. Without going into too much detail, emails are exchanging, resulting in the possiblity of taking a smaller bike but they want an extra £1000+ on top of the money that was paid for the big bike in the first place.

Can I do anything, like asking for my old bike back and start the search again or am I, as they say, "Up the proverbial".

I don't know if I am entitled to a cooling off period or not. Any advice would be more than helpful.

Slightly worried!!!!
