Hi,
I bought a 130£ office chair at Argos 10 months ago.
Today the chair is making the usual creaking noise, but it's also making a pretty annoying noise coming from the tube connecting the feet to the chair itself. This noise sounds like parts moving a bit while they should not, and it's annoying because it's loud and sounds like an old thing. Yet it's just 10 months old and I paid 130£ for this !!!
Argos told me they can't replace it on this basis because I still can use it. Yet it would be OK is this chair made those noises after 5 years but not 10 months and not a such price !
Do I have the right to have this chair replaced or is Argos right to refuse ?
