Can anyone help!
I have been with t-mobile for many years and I have hadc no problems what so ever with them. I recently upgraded my contract for a I phone 4. I received a package but no phone inside the box but everything else wasc in there. I have complained to them about it several times and I keep going in circles. They have black listed the phone. They have investigated that the phone was in the box when they sent it out by checking the cctv camera and weighing the box. I need to take it up with royal mail.
They have advised as it was sent out in the box I am liable for it but I have explained to them there was no phone in the box and I don't know what to do they expect me to pay for monthly contract as usual.
