I purchased a custom built laptop from Kobalt Computers on 10th of May. 2 months later it had still not arrived and it had become very clear that they were going to be unable to provide the machine any time soon.
After numerous emails I managed to get them to agree to a refund or so I thought, it still has not arrived. I have the case logged and records of all communications between Myself and the company. Due to the large amount of money invested this issue is keeping me awake and putting an unfair amount of stress and worry on me. I don't want that to as I want compensation or anything I simply want a quick and final solution to this matter.
