I've just discovered this great site - something I've been seeking for ages. With my wife, I'm a small landlord and we try our best to take the best possible care of our tenants. But what makes this difficult is getting hold of good and reliable tradespeople and having a vehicle to discuss with real people some of the difficulties we regularly experience. And, of course, if our experience can be of value to other consumers we'd be only to happy to share it
