just over 1 month ago my friend took a 2 year contract with three and received a HTC wildfire S.
The battery life for the handset is quoted at at 3-4 days but she is lucky to get 1 day after a full charge.
She has spoken to Three who informed her that because the problem wasn't reported within 28 days from purchase date thje the battery is no longer coverd and she has to buy a new one. This seems quite unfair to me so I was wondering if anyone knows what her rights are in this case.
