About bloody time I had all these hidden extras it is a kind of robbery. Car rental firms should be looked at too

Totally agree

I am in complete agreement with the other posters on this link. This is long overdue and should be incorporated across other forms of business which use this ridiculous tactic to entice business on false pretences.

The odd thing is, I don't think people mind paying the additional amounts provided the company is up front with the cost! I'd rather pay a company £100 up front all inclusive, than go for a £10 flight, only to find with all the add ons it is £100. At least in the first instance, I don't feel like I have been deceived or misled.
