Handset [Samsung Galaxy] barely 6 months old from Carphone Warehouse. It has developed a fault and has been sent away for repair. They have advised that if it cannot be repaired then they will replace it with a "reconditioned" handset. I would expect a new replacement or equivalent, is this correct.
