I am new to this site. Fed up with John Lewis. Does anyone else have a problem with them this is our 5th cooker in two years and its knackered the company that they use has gone bump and can't get parts for it anymore.
They have refunded the cooker money and we are now looking to buy another one but the credit note is only for their store.
