without going into all the details,, we were buying a car, and we done, what we thought, was a great deal,,,,,, we signed contract/finance papers,,,, but when we received docs in the post they were completely different from what we had agreed!!!!! payments totally different, interest rate totally different!!!!! we asked why it was a higher figure and the salesman never knew himself,,, he said he'd contact finance,,,,,,,, then he came
back to us and told us it was an admin fee,,,,,, we contacted finance and they told us that was rubbish and they had put it through at this amount. There were various misleading stories told,,,, but ultimately upon meeting the manager he lied saying we had signed for that amount!!!! (it was a electronic pad we signed with no amounts, we signed under the condition of what had been discussed) the deal was only done on the basis that it was under £100!!! The manager said it was a 'doc' charge, which they had never explained to us!!!! Please help, where do we stand?? They never explained any of these new figures, until we received them in the post!!! thanks
