By my mistake i have ordered goods for my previous address. But people which living there dont want give me that parcel. So i go to police in hope, they will force them return it to me or in case they sold it, they will pay for it. But police done nothing, they just told me ask money from seller. But seller done nothing wrong. Courier delivered it to right address. Just people living in that house have sign it under my name. Item cost 300£ so i dont know if is reliable go to solicitor. Is any chance get it back somehow?

It's one thing taking a parcel in which you know doesn't belong to you but entirely another to sign for it with a false name, the police should act on this, you should not have to pay to see a solicitor.

Get a copy of the sigature from the post office and go back to the police and insist they take action, at the least it's theft at worst, fraud.
