we bought an 05 plate scenic 5 months ago(not finance) synchro gears 1-2 and hub badly worn to point of crunching.dealer has got it as we speak.they offered to waive all labour costs £900 but say they want £600 for parts. i knew nothing of the sale of goods act till tonight surfin the web.apparently you have 6 mths to reject it,is that right ???? and im also thinking they know this or why would they waive the labour costs,i reckon they are trying to make something back on the parts as i looked online and found them for £250. i really am desperate for advice please as for one,i dont have £6OO SPARE and secondly they have it in bits and want an answer on what i want them to do ...
