Hi I'm I'm anew home owner and still having problems it's been 2 years now
and I'm still sitting in drafts due to badly fitted doors, the builders have had several attempts at trying to rectify the problems but unable to do so.
My experience with the NHBC sounds pretty much the same as you are having
I'm certainly not looking forward to another winter RAIN COMING IN THE FRONT DOOR GAPS IN IT WHEN CLOSED CAUSING DRAFTS AND THE SAME WITH THE PATIO DOORS & VENTS LARGE GAPS BETWEEN FLOOR AND SKIRTING BOARDS THE IS NEVER ENDING.
Who can we turn to? I don't even think the Government will help us, "as these are the very people rushing builders to build "affordable new homes!!!"
SOME ONE PLEASE HELP US, I'm waiting to hear from HOME FROM HELL THE TV COMPANY . Will keep everyone up- to -date in mean time CHIN UP.
