I have discovered a scripting error on a website selling sports equipment. Their discount code should give 15% for selected items only, but this can be genuinely be avoided and the discount can be applied to all items without breaking any laws.
As such, I was interested to find out what my consumer rights would be if the shop refuses to sell the items I have brought at the discounted price. The discount code is active, my order has been confirmed and a receipt has been given. I have no knowledge of the legislation behind this, but have I not entered into a binding contract/agreement now that I've paid and received a receipt??
Your comments would really be appreciated.
