Hi everyone would appreciate your views/advice on this matter,
My blackberry curve 9 months old developed two faults one with trackpad one with turning itself off it went away for repair and came back within 14 days so fairly happy the trackpad had been repaired but not the issue with turning its self off so sent back in for repair i booked it in on the 24/5/12 and it is still there despite many complaints someone on there live chat told me that it was being exchanged as they couldnt fix the problem fair enough when i asked am i getting a new phone she said you are getting a refurbished handset in as new condition so i asked do i get a new warrenty with the phone she said no your existing warrenty that has 2 months on it will be transferred across how can that happen as the phone could not be in a condition to last?
