I got a new HTC One x with T mobile 3 weeks ago internet deal (handset collected from high street store)
Today developed a fault where touch screen keys dont work and freeze the handset
Called Tmobile internet who said return the handset for repair locally
then called the local Tmobile shopwho said HTC shipped faulty handsets and they all need returning to HTC via TMobile for software update (up to 28days)
sooo called HTC who said this is nonsense and if I have the latest update this must be a faulty handset (and they said Im paying TMobile for a service so return it to them)
Friend tells me return within 28 days a faulty item and I am entitled to a replacement
Talk about a quandry!!!!
any advice greatly appreciated
thank you

Debtors retreat
You should get a replacement phone from T-Mobile, they will probably try to fob you off with a refurbished handset but only 1 month old you need to insist on a new replacement.
