my pc was not repaired even though under warranty, it was written into agreement with supplyer but judge ruled not in agreement with lease finance company yet they financed the purchase , i dont quite get this ?????it was done through supplier. I still have to pay finance and have no get out because consumer laws dont apply because im a small business, Now judge has ruled I still think its wrong , any help plz???? It was small claims court. they have added charges and now want £5500 Ive already paid £3200 for this pc , Sick !!!
