Good service for once (Sky)

I'm the first to call people on poor service but in this case I have to say the Sky Moving team have been fantastic. Great service, no costs to me and a new router thrown in (I just asked the price of a new one as ours is starting to give up the ghost). So far so good, if everything works the way I hope it will when we move in to the new house I'll be very impressed!

Just to update this. We have now moved (Thank God that is over!), and our internet went off on Friday 12th - it was reactivated by Sky at the new house on Monday 15th! Unfortunately there was a fault on the line which fell under BT's remit for repair yet Sky had them out the next day so my Tuesday tea-time I had broadband and the phone on. Really can't fault that.
(Sky TV was back up Sunday after an engineer came and fitted a dish, new cabling etc and tested everything).
