Please help and advise me. I am new to this forum, I bought a sofa from CSL a week ago i have paid 450 deposit and the rest is finance,the total cost of the sofa was £1450. I have had the sofa 1 week and already know that the sofa is the worst sofa i could have bought in terms of material. I was told it could be wiped down easily as i explained i had two children and a pet. They advised me it was very durable for a family. I have been very careful not allowing people to eat on the sofa, however i spilt some water the other day on the fabric and dabbed it as they said and the stain stays even water it like a suede effect. I feel i have been mis sold this sofa as if i knew it stained that easy even with water which drys hard and marks i would of not bought the sofa. Please advise me what my rights are.
