Can someone help me figure out what I might be able to do? I got awful - worst dry hair extensions ever. I gave them a chance to fix it, thought they might have good customer service. I rang them and was civil and they insisted that it was quality remy hair. They basically told me I was wrong and were rude and unhelpful, I suggested they either give me my money back or take them out and replace them with better hair, but they more or less told me where to go.
My hair sticks out in a pony hail and 17 of my micro rings have fallen out in 5 days. 260 pounds I paid - i'd been saving up and I have never been more disappointed in a service. I don't want other girls to be as disappointed as I am, they've turned off their reviews on some review sites (I wonder why?) How can I make my point across the internet and hopefully get my money back?
