I visited a Fiat dealer on Sunday afternoon. I was shown around the available used cars but nothing met my requiremens. The dealer took me inside and found a car on their website but it was'nt available for viewing as it had to be sent to the dealer. I agreed to give a leave a deposit of £50 but was told it was refundable and had them write 'SUBJECT TO VIEWING' at the top of the order form. I have since decided that I am no longer interested in the car but am worried that I will have to buy it.
What can I do? Only three days have passed and I would never have agreed to buy a vehicle which I haven't seen or test driven.
Please help.
