The front and end bath panels I was sent from Plumbworld are totally different from each other so obviously can't be used together. You can only contact customer services by e mail and after a week of daily messages I am getting nowhere. I had to send photos and although the person in customer services acknowledges that they are not the same he says there is not a problem and if I want to return them I have to do so at my own expense.
I am just about to post a letter to the complaints dept at the address shown on their website. I will update this if I get a more positive response. Has anyone else had similar dealings with this company?
